T-38C activation

I recently reinstalled P3D V5.4, and also my Milviz aircraft. Most of them don't need any kind of activation, but some do. Specifically the T-38C. It asks for an e-mail and activation license. I have the original license/serial number that came with the Milviz product when I purchased it. But this does not work. I thought I rememberd seeing something about a "universal" license number that could be used to activate these older aircraft, Like the T-38A ADV, which I also have and need to activate. May I ask what this number is and if it will work for the T-38C? How can I activate this thing?
